Directions: Roll a small amount of Grounded onto your pulse points - wrists, behind the ears, or the base of your throat. Let the warmth of your skin release the scent, then inhale gently as it settles. Reapply as desired throughout the day or evening. Can be used as an aromatherapy pulse point oil. 

Test patch on a small area of skin. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If pregnant, consult your medical practitioner before using.
