Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once a product has been purchased. However, we do provide replacements for items that are damaged during transit.

If you receive an item that is broken or damaged during shipping, we are happy to send you a replacement at no additional cost. -

Please follow these steps within 7 days of receiving your order:- Take clear photos of the damaged item, including the packaging if possible.
